What options are there for refunds following cancellation?
Mode of payment: Cash on Delivery
1. UPI (less than Rs 1000): A UPI ID must be shared in order for the refund to be processed to the UPI account.
2. Gift Card (less than Rs 10,000): The refund will be applied to the Gift Card account.
3. Bank account (IMPS/NEFT): Payment method: prepaid; refunds will be sent to bank accounts for which bank details must be supplied.
1. Return to source: The payment method (debit/credit card, NEFT, or UPI) that was used to purchase the item will receive the refund.
2. Gift Card (less than Rs 10,000): The gift card account will receive the refund.
Why does Gmaart take so long to credit a processed refund?
The bank takes some time to reverse your original transaction and finish the refund when it has been completed. However, within the time range given to you, the refund amount will be visible in your account. If, after the allotted period, you do not notice the return amount in your account, please contact your bank using the refund reference or UTR number.
If I paid for the order using the “Credit Card No Cost EMI” payment option, would I receive a full refund if the item is cancelled or returned?
Yes, in the event that the order is cancelled or returned, you will receive a full refund up to the amount of any EMIs paid.
Banks might, however, impose pre-closure or cancellation/refund fees. A bank account associated with any Finance Services EMI Network Card may get a refund for an order purchased using the Finance Services payment method.
Can I get the refund for the item through any other mode if I have paid using the ‘Credit Card No Cost EMI’ payment option?
No, the refund for an order placed using the ‘Credit Card No Cost EMI’ payment mode can only be done to the credit card from which the payment was made.
